Richard Chen
Richard has over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction field and established Total Reliance Development Corporation in 2014, and successfully completed numerous single-family projects and renovation projects in Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Coquitlam, and a 56-unit apartment project in Prince George, B.C.
